The extracts we manufacture
Typically derived by isolating active constituents or groups of substances from the source material using solvents such as water, ethanol, or other organic compounds. Extracts can be presented in various forms, including liquid, semi-solid, or dry, depending on the intended application and processing method. They deliver therapeutic effects through their bioactive compounds while retaining a degree of the source material’s natural matrix for stability and efficacy.
Mad Honey
- Mad honey contains grayanotoxins, a neurotoxin with psychoactive effects.
- In regions of Turkey and Nepal, it is used as a traditional medicine to treat sore throat, arthritis, diabetes, and hypertension.
- People who have consumed it in moderation have also treated gastrointestinal disorders, lower blood pressure, and lower cholesterol levels.
- Also known as the “love drug”, it’s been used as an aphrodisiac.
Kratom Extract
- Botanical name: Mitragyna speciosa
- Behaves like opioid pain relievers, but not as strong as morphine or oxycodone.
- Found as an extracted liquid in “shot” form or ground up in powder form.
- Also used to manage mental health problems such as depression and anxiety.
Amanita Extract
- Scientific name: Amanita muscaria
- Unlike traditional magic mushrooms, amanitas do not contain the hallucinogen psilocybin.
- Amanita extract has a chemical makeup of 3 psychoactive compounds: muscimol, ibotenic acid, and muscarine.
- A muscimol dose of 5-7mg can induce a calming effect and alleviate anxiety. A dose of 10-15mg can trigger experiences of euphoria and vivid dreams.
- Ibotenic acid’s psychoactive effects start at 50mg and peak at around 100mg.
7-Hydroxymitragynine (7-OH)
- 7-Hydroxymitragynine is one of the two active ingredients of kratom.
- It is traditionally used for its stimulant and analgesic (pain-relieving) properties.
- 7-Hydroxymitragynine, also called 7-OH mitragynine or 7-OH, is an active metabolite of mitragynine, the kratom plant’s principal psychoactive alkaloid. 7-OH, although present in smaller quantities, is crucial to kratom’s pain-relieving and mood-boosting potential.
- This substance is critical in enhancing mitragynine’s pain-relieving effects by strongly activating mu-opioid receptors, similar to morphine.
Kava Extract
- Botanical name: Piper methysticum
- Kava extracts come in powder and liquid forms.
- 70% is the purest extraction that you can get from kava.
- CO2 extraction is a solvent-free process that uses carbon dioxide as the solvent.
Pseudo
- Botanical Name: Ephedra sinica
- Native to Asia, primarily China, India, and Southeast Asia.
- Pseudo comes several different forms, raw herbs: dried stems and leaves, extract: powder or liquid and synthetic: manufactured pseudoephedrine.
- Extraction methods: solvent-based extraction (e.g., ethanol, methanol) or steam distillation.
Wild Lettuce Extract
- Botanical Name: Lactuca virosa
- Natural pain relief and induce sleep.
- Native to Europe, Asia and North Africa.
- Alternative to conventional medicine.
- Lactucarium; like opium but with fewer side effects.
Blue Lotus Extract
- Botanical Name: Nymphaea alba
- Also known as Blue Lotus, Native to Europe, Asia, and North Africa.
- Blue lotus comes in a few different forms, raw herbs: dried flowers, leaves, and rhizomes, extract: powder or liquid and standardized extract: 10-20% alkaloids (e.g., nuciferine).
- Extraction methods consist of solvent-based extraction (e.g., ethanol, methanol) or steam distillation.
Betel Nut
- Botanical Name: Areca catechu
- Betel nut is the seed pod from the Areca palm tree.
- The nut cultivation originates from the tropical regions of Asia and the Pacific Islands.
- Comes fresh or dried, sliced, powdered, or chewable tablets.
